While a Los Angeles Fire Department crew was responding to a recreational vehicle fire in Lake Balboa late Monday, an irresponsible motorist caused minor injuries to a firefighter.

The responding crew was laying hose to begin dousing the flames consuming the RV when another vehicle drove over an empty hose line and began to drag it, which tripped and injured the firefighter.

This raw video begins with the firefighter shaken up and lying on the pavement for a few moments before he gets back to his feet and receives treatment from colleagues on the scene.
